HR Manager (Semarang)
Responsibilities :

* To Manage manpower recruitment and to ensure all HR activities, programs and administration in the areas of recruitment and develop its employees.

Requirements :
•
* Graduated from S1 or Bachelor Degree from any fields of discipline.
* At least 5 years related experiences working in a same industry (coming from 4 or•5•stars hotel)
* Good knowledge of HRD function and hands – on from recruitment, training, people development, compensation and benefit.
* Good communication, smart worker, strong leadership and well communication with a skill of negotiation.
* Showing a good skill of problem solving with sharp analytical skill, result oriented.
* Willing to be placed at Semarang (Central Java)
