Key Accountability :
1. Ensures that current Medical Procedures are complied with. Records and reports incompliance to the CMO and makes recommendation for the improvement of medical regulation and system.
2. Carries out inventory control on medicines to support Jakarta Office and Kakap Operations. Prepares service and material requisitions for Medical Section.
3. Checks and verifies invoices and receipts for medical reimbursements, hospitals and pharmacies, ensures accuracy and appropriateness, obtains proper approvals and processes for reimbursement according to the Company policy.
4. Handles emergency medicines and equipment, minor illnesses and injuries, provides simple health counseling and crisis intervention.
5. Assists the CMO in recording recurring illnesses/complaints, frequent patients, and repeated requests of drugs. Provides information based on data analysis regarding the possibility of epidemic or abuse of drugs and/or overindulged medical services.
6. Carries out administrative work including but not limited to typing medical referral and guarantee letters, issuing medical outpatient card, inputting payroll data related to medical expenses, and other documents required.
7. Liaises with referral hospitals to obtain the best services for employees and arranges hospitalization of employees.
8. Creates supporting data tools and reports such as daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, accident and occupational disease report, and any other reports as required.
9. Maintains and updates relevant data using database applications. This includes but not limited to employees’ medical records, medical expenses, medicines & medical equipments inventory, and other related data ensuring that data is up-to-date and available all the time.

••••••• Requires a minimum of D3 Diploma from Nursing or Paramedic
••••••• Preferably has a minimum of 2 years of working experience as
paramedic or nurse at a hospital or clinic.
••••••• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
••••••• Good in filing and organizing documents (in and out letters)
••••••• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
••••••• Resourceful, ability to handle heavy workload efficiently
and effectively, and show initiatives.
