Junior Programmer (position code: JP)

Responsibilities:
The Junior Programmer assists with designing, developing, and handling technical execution of Web-based applications/projects in multiple platforms (web, mobile, Facebook, twitter, etc.) to achieve clients’ requirements in collaboration with creative and project management teams.• Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:


Manage multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to completion on time and on budget
Accurately estimate expenses and time allotment for tasks
Listen to users/clients to gather requirements for new applications or modifications
Maintain issues list for each application
Test new applications or modifications to existing applications thoroughly
Manage multiple projects so that deadlines are properly set and met
Troubleshoot application problems in a timely manner

Requirements:

Digital Project Manager (position code: DPM)

Responsibilities:


Providing counsel to the client advising on the most suitable digital strategies to adopt
Undertake regular needs analysis for the client in order to champion changes that will continually improve their digital environment
Obtain project briefs from the client ensuring the right information is secured to enable the Digital team to successfully meet the client’s needs
Development and implementation of project plans/schedules
Providing guidance and advice surrounding project implementation at both the local and global levels
Liaise with and manage internal stakeholders and third party agencies on behalf of the client
Oversee budgeting and resourcing of projects
Troubleshoot and/or escalate problems as required
Application of digital technical principles as required

Senior Consultant Healthcare – (position code: SCH)

Responsibilities:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing the budgets and account teams on sizable pieces of business. The incumbent has agency-wide responsibility for account profitability, new business solicitation and quality of account service and employee development. He or she will supervise an account team to provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients, which includes directing the clients’ programs, providing strategic counseling, growing the existing accounts, developing new business.

Qualifications:
-•••••• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
-•••••• Have between three to five years of experience in in-house communication or with a consultancy in the area of pharmaceutical and healthcare communications.

Responsibilities
This position will serve as our company first image to our guest and clients by welcoming visitor and managing reception area, handling incoming and outgoing calls in professional standard and ensuring phone messages are well received. The receptionist will also handle meeting room booking and external courier service.

Requirements
-•••••• Minimum 3 years degree in any major (preferably from English Literature, secretarial or tourism)
-•••••• Good ability in speaking and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
