Klien saya, sebuah perusahaan MNC, saat ini membutuhkan seorang Senior Manager, Human Resource, dengan
uraian pekerjaan dan persyaratan sebagai berikut (English version) :
Job Descriptions:
Handle
organizational Development as part of Company Strategy and implement
appropriate HR strategies, policies, systems and practices for the operation.
Develop, analyze,
evaluate and recommend policies, procedures and activities needed to ensure
that objectives in human resources area of specialization are achieved on time,
within specifications and in accordance with overall company strategy and
philosophy
Manage and coordinate
day-to-day human resources activities such as Learning and development ,
employee relations , employees satisfaction which are relevant to the
responsible business area to ensure they are within operating policies and
procedures and to recommend any cost effective or efficient actions for
sustained profitability
Analyze and recommend
appropriate human resources processes/activities considering the business
implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions
Ensure alignment of
operating systems and processes that will enable the business unit to achieve
the overall business objectives
Work across
functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business
needs
Promote
inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork
Establish a strong team
environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements

Job Requirements:
Master degree (S-2)
in Business, Law, Psychology, Other Social Sciences, or at least S-1 Degree in
these subjects from reputable overseas / local -national universities.
At least 10 years
experience in a managerial position and should posses a sound knowledge in
budgetary control. Should have served a minimum of 2 years in Senior Managerial
position (experience in MNC will be preferably).
Strong general
management background and strong people management skills
Ideal age: 38-45
but not more than 50; Preferably Male
Fluent in English
both oral and written
Strong exposures in
using SAP is a definite advantage
Enjoy meeting people,
has good interpersonal skill and teamwork
Mature, positive
thinking and business strategic people.
Excellent
interpersonal, effective communications skills and proven track record of high
level of integrity.
