MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Contribute to the growth of Company business and to achieve the pre-set targets through robust marketing and communications strategy, plans and campaign in place.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Lead the implementation of marketing and communication, initiatives and best practices
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Set marketing KPI and monitor the results
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Marketing and Communications Strategy / Plan
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Overall marketing and communications strategy and execution plan of existing business;
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and plans for new service and product initiatives.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Ensure all planned marketing and communications campaigns and activities are executed within time-frame and budget.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Ensure local marketing plan aligns with regional strategy, as well as the global initiatives.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Identify, monitor and evaluate marketing KPI, and ROI for continually improvement.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Conduct market research to identifying potential new business portfolio from prospect customers.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Develop and execute marketing campaigns for existing and new services launches; with appropriate communication tools i.e. regular client webinars, white paper initiatives, website, email, etc.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Conceptualise, develop and manage marketing communications materials to drive lead generation include website, newsletter, marketing assets
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Drive ¢Ã¢‚¬Ã…“through-partner marketing¢Ã¢‚¬• campaign with identified influencer channels include associations, business partners, government bodies for demand and lead generation.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Manage and execute all internal and external for local public relations and communications to bridge internal communication gaps and improve welfare, increase local market presence and positioning.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ KPIs for lead generation: number of leads, proposal/lead ratio (%), value of proposals, conversion rate from proposals to contracts (%), value of contracts, LC vs. campaign cost.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ KPIs for awareness and lead nurturing: open rate, bounce rate, # of impressions, click through rate, etc.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Drive lead management policies and best practices, including the proper use of Cert Net and the monitoring of the local campaigns;
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ KPIs: % of open actions in Cert Net (sales management platform), CRM sales pipeline, etc.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Identify and execute events include trade fairs, seminars, user group, etc. to create brand awareness and drive sales pipelines.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Execution of SGS Annual Quality Network Conference
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Develop and maintain a credible and effective marketing database for lead nurturing and lead generation activities.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Develop and implement telemarketing frameworks and guidelines, including policy and procedure, workflow, documentation etc.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Lead, manage, train, supervise and motivate a pool of telemarketing team.
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Understand the Voice-of-Customer
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Understand the needs / feedback from present and potential clients, like
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Analyze the results of the regular customer satisfaction survey;
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Lost Client Analysis (i.e. understand why customers left SGS) and and win-back strategy;
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Create cross sell and up sell opportunity for existing and new products and services;

Requirements:
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Bachelor degree in any discipline
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Have no less than 5 years of marketing domain experience, preferably in industrial inspection, verification, testing and certification services
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Knowledge of industry leading inspection, verification, testing and certification services
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Good Leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem solving, planning, controlling and coordinating influencing skills
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skill
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Strong business sense and entrepreneur
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Able to lead and motivate the local marketing/telemarketing team

SALES MANAGER - TRAINING SERVICES

Requirements:
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Bachelor degree in any discipline
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Minimum 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years should be in sales management, preferably in industrial inspection, verification, testing and certification services
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Successful track record in managing a sales force, preferably in the relevant field
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Sales, marketing, business development experience in training business
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, high level of written and verbal English
¢Ã¢‚¬•¢ Ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards shared objectives
