1.          BusinessDevelopment Manager Requirement ·                  Preferably with prior education backgroundpost graduate ·                Management or Supervising andTechnical or Resource experience a must ·                Must have Knowledge and experienceof the Oil and Gas related EPCI is preferred at least 8 years in that position,have broad basedEPC projects experience is preferable ·                Strong organizational, written and verbal communicationskills  
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines  
Familiarity with industry standards and norms  
Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, manuals, and procedures ·                Must have experienced fornegotiating commercial contracts ·                Have a good and professional  networking in the  Oil  and  Gas  industry  2.          BusinessDevelopment Coordinator          Requirement ·                Preferably with prior education backgroundpost graduate in Petroleum, Mechanical,Electrical, Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience   ·                Must haveKnowledge and experience of the Oil and Gas related EPCI is preferred at least5 years in that position, have broad based EPC projects experience ispreferable ·                Have experienced for Identifies and supportsthe development opportunities related Oil Gas industry, have broad based EPC projects experience ispreferable ·                Self-starter, able to seekopportunities to grow the business and pursue them independently & with  minimal direction   ·                Have experienced at least 5years in that position the Oil and Gas related EPCI.   ·                Good (written & spoken)communication skills in English  and abilityto multitask and meet multiple deadlines   ·                Familiarity with industrystandards and norms   ·                Ability to write reports,business correspondence, manuals, and procedures ·                Have a good and professional  networking in the  Oil  and  Gas  industry    3.           Bid / Proposal Tender Coordinator  Requirement ·                Have experienced at least 5years in as that position the Oil and Gas related EPCI.   ·                Preferably with prior education backgroundpost graduate in Industrial Engineering or   equivalent industry experience  and have broad basedEPC projects experience ·                Mustknowing Tender Regulation (PTK Migas, SK Dir PLN, etc.) include PTK007 will beadvantage ·                Haveextensive knowledge of construction contracts and ability to arrange of pre-bid joint ventures and consortium agreements   ·                Have ability   ensure that the technical / commercialclarifications raised by Engineering / Legal team are vetted by the ProposalManager before sending out and Familiarity with industrystandards and norms   ·                Ability to read and understand theITB requirements and ability to structure and organize the form of tender submission ·                Ability to write reports,business correspondence, manuals, and procedures   ·                Knowing allaspects of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, activities are properlydefined. ·                Have ability toensure that all proposals are reviewed both technically and commercially andthat all appropriate signoffs are obtained prior to submission. ·                Have good (both written &spoken) communication skills in English  and ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines  
4.          LegalCounsel Manager Requirement               ·                Bachelordegree from reputable university. ·                Haveexperience minimum 8 years in Oil and Gas/Geothermal Industry   preferably  experienced multinational companies ·                Proficiency inIndonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civillaw, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax,import/export, intellectual property and criminal law ·                Comprehend in usinglaw in business contracts (SLO) and able to make a financial presentation (SFO) ·                Have ability andcompetency in Arbitration & Mediation skill,Litigation skill ·                Analyze andinterpret national and international legislations potentially impacting toCompany operations. ·                Involve andable to work in cross-functional teams and manage components of transactions byhimself/herself. The individual must be able to initiate his/her taskindependently, build a strong relationship with stakeholders, have strongorganizational ability and attention to detail, and the ability to deal withsensitive information in a professional manner. ·                Provideadvice and assistance through pre-litigation phases, direct litigation andsettlement processes as well as manage external legal counsel services. ·                Havesignificant experience in handling legal transactions - attorney work. ·                Able toprovide legal advice and counsel to directors, officers and others on any legalmatters. ·                Able to dolegal research, communicate complex issues in both Bahasa Indonesia and Englisheffectively. orally and in writing. ·                Demonstrateskill in providing timely and client-focused advice and counsel. ·                Demonstratestrong analytical skill and experience in working in teams and managinginterpersonal relationships.
5.          LegalStaff  Requirement   ·                Bachelor degreefrom reputable university. ·                Proficiency inIndonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civillaw, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax,import/export, intellectual property and criminal law ·                Comprehend in usinglaw in business contracts (SLO) and able to make a financial presentation (SFO) ·                Excellentinterpersonal & communication skills ·                Good negotiationand lobbying skills ·                Confident,self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent ·                Possess strongleadership & capable of achieving goals set by management ·                The candidate musthave good oral and written communication skills with pleasant disposition,proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
