PT. PETRO BANGUN ENGINEERING is oil Services Company, which is located at
South Jakarta TB Simatupang. Now PBE needs a human resource as:
*ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF*
*Scope*
Accounts receivable Staff will be responsible for processing and monitoring
for the invoicing and incoming payments to ensure efficient, timely and
accurate payment of all accounts are under control.
*Responsibilities*
· Prepare invoices, send out invoice and reconcile the
accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for
and properly posted.
· Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in
compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Perform day to day financial transactions including
verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts
receivable data
· Follow up on, collection and reporting activities
according to specific deadlines
· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing
issues and perform account reconciliations
· Facilitate payment of invoices due to the organisation by
sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
· Maintain up-to-date billing system and reports detailing
accounts receivable status
· Review AR aging to ensure compliance and maintain accounts
receivable customer files and records
· Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or
personally
*Requirements*
· Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair
credit practices and collection regulations
· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting
figures and financial records
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and
accounting software
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Administration

excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up
effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
